Nectarine, raspberry and banana smoothie

  • 1 nectarine, fresh
  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh

I feel better just looking at this nectarine raspberry and banana smoothie. With nectarine season in full flow I cant stop myself from eating them. So I decided to put them in a smoothie. And the result was an effortless dance of the tropical, comforting and delightful. A true taste of the summer.


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée for about one minute until smooth.
  2. You may wish to add some water  to the blending process if you like your smoothie a little thinner.
  3. As is almost always the case with smoothies this is best if it is served immediately. Pour, drink and good times.
