Healthy hot chocolate

Prep Time: 5 mins


1 cup almond milk

2 tbs date syrup (you can easily purchase date syrup here)

2 tsp raw cacao

Cinnamon stick

So this is as healthy a version of hot chocolate as you’re gonna get. I hope you give it a swirl.


Simply place all the ingredients into a saucepan and heat gently. Keep stirring as the hot chocolate heats to ensure all the ingredients mix together. Then take the pan off the heat before it reaches boiling point, decant into a mug and garnish with a cinnamon stick (You can use the cinnamon stick to suck up the hot chocolate).
