Kiwi, kale and spinach smoothie

Prep Time: 4 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 x kiwi
  • 1 handful kale, chopped
  • 1 cube frozen whole leaf spinach
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 1 stick celery
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 tbs flaxseeds (but you could use any whole seeds or nuts you like)

Method

Pop everything in the blender, and blend.
