3 inches cucumber
2 blocks frozen spinach
Thumb sized piece of ginger, grated
Add water to desired consistency (or substitute apple juice if you like your smoothie a little sweeter)
This is a great, simple, go to smoothie recipe. You can throw all the ingredients in the blender and there you go! The ingredients also keep really well in the fridge so you don’t have to worry about constantly having to buy new ones.
